My name is Carol, I am an Independent Funeral Celebrant and a member of the Fellowship of Professional Celebrants and I would love to be your celebrant.

I am a wife, mother, and grandmother, and have a wealth of business and life experiences. In addition to my role as a Funeral Celebrant, I have been a wedding registrar with the local authority for over 12 years, officiating ceremonies in Registry Offices and approved premises.  I enjoy walking in the countryside or along the beach, as living in Bournemouth allows me to appreciate both.

Before becoming a Celebrant, my career was in customer service, and I developed skills that I can bring to our relationship, including empathy, listening, and communication.  I understand the importance of working with you to create an individual and unique service for your loved one, reflecting the love, laughter, and memories in a dignified way. 

It is a difficult time when someone dies for the ones left behind, and I want to help alleviate the pressure as much as I can while honouring their grief.
