My name is Carol. I am an Independent Funeral Celebrant and a proud member of the Fellowship of Professional Celebrants, and I would be honoured to support you as your celebrant.

I am a wife, mother and grandmother, bringing with me a wealth of both life and professional experience. Alongside my role as a Funeral Celebrant, I have served as a wedding registrar with the local authority for over 12 years, officiating ceremonies in Registry Offices and approved premises.

Living in Bournemouth, I enjoy walking in the countryside and along the beach, places that offer space for reflection and calm.

Before becoming a celebrant, my career was in customer service, where I developed strong skills in empathy, attentive listening and clear communication. These qualities are at the heart of how I work with families. I understand the importance of creating a service that is individual and unique, one that reflects your loved one’s life, and honours the love, laughter and memories you shared, all delivered with dignity and care.

When someone dies, it is an incredibly difficult time for those left behind. I aim to gently ease some of that pressure, guiding and supporting you while fully respecting your grief.
