She spent such a lot of time and effort meeting with my sister and I to gauge what we wanted, she advised us and then she wrote the most beautiful tribute to our mum. She clearly spent a lot of time personalising our mum's funeral and what she delivered was beautiful. Everybody commented on what an amazing job she did. Without Carol, our mum's funeral service wouldn't have been anywhere near as nice as it was. Amazing lady, completely recommend. Can't speak highly enough of the service she provides.
